Manage holiday exemptions
Set which employees are exempt from holiday settings.
This training manual provides a step-by-step guide on how to set Holiday Exemption in the HRIS + Payroll system. Enabling this feature allows selected employees to be exempted from receiving additional holiday pay when they work during holidays. Employees under Holiday Exemption will still receive their regular daily rate if they work on a holiday, but they will no longer receive holiday premium pay. This applies to both Regular (Legal) Holidays and Special Holidays.
