Configure AI screening criteria

Configure criteria for a job before running AI screening so the review has role specific context.

1. Open Jobs and find the job opening.
2. Open the job's row actions and select Set AI Screening Criteria. You can also open criteria from Pipeline after selecting a job.
3. Confirm the job position shown in the criteria window.
4. Add the role's required skills and preferred skills. Add relevant certifications or deal breakers if they apply.
5. Complete the experience and other requirements that are relevant to the role. Review the screening weights and recommendation thresholds shown in the form.
6. Select Save Criteria.

Use requirements that relate to the role and that your hiring team can explain and assess. Screening insights support recruiter review; they do not make the hiring decision. See Run and review AI screenings.
