Move applicants through the pipeline

View applications by stage and move them through your recruitment process.

  1. Open Pipeline.
  2. Select the job opening you want to review.
  3. Find the applicant's card in its current stage column.
  4. Drag the card to the destination stage.

The board updates the application's stage. You can also open an applicant's card to review their details and change the stage from the applicant panel.

Stages marked Available can receive applicants. Moving an applicant to a Final outcome stage closes the active application. To change the stages shown on the board, see Configure pipeline stages.
